Shipping & Delivery Policy
Domestic Delivery
We currently offer the following shipping methods for domestic orders:
Standard Shipping
- Shipping charge: ₹99
- Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000
- Estimated delivery: 4–10 business days
Priority Shipping – ₹299
- Guaranteed next business day dispatch
- Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days
- Orders are processed on priority
- Secure OTP-based delivery verification
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping details.
Store Pickup – Free
- No shipping charges
- Collect directly from our store location
- Pickup confirmation will be shared via WhatsApp or Email once your order is ready
- Please carry your order confirmation and valid photo ID during pickup

International Delivery
We offer international shipping on eligible products.
Shipping Fee
A flat international shipping charge of ₹2,999 per order applies.
Estimated Delivery Time
International orders are usually delivered within 7–12 business days from the date of dispatch.
Customs & Import Duties
All international shipments are sent on a DDU – Delivery Duty Unpaid basis.
- Product prices and shipping charges do not include customs duties, import fees, or local taxes.
- The recipient is responsible for paying applicable duties and taxes as per their country’s regulations.
- Orders may be held by customs until applicable charges are paid.
- If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, shipping fees will not be refunded.
- Return charges, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount.
Delivered But Not Received Policy
At Zyraha, every order is shipped through trusted and trackable courier partners.
Courier Delivery Proof
Once an order is marked as delivered, we rely on the delivery proof provided by the courier company. This may include:
- Delivery OTP confirmation
- Delivery signature or POD
- Delivery photograph, where available
- GPS delivery location
- Courier delivery agent report
This delivery proof is considered valid unless proven otherwise during an official investigation.
Complaint Window
- If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the parcel, please contact our support team within 24–48 hours.
- Claims submitted after 48 hours may not qualify for investigation, refund, or replacement.
Customer Verification
Before a courier investigation is initiated, customers must verify:
- Whether a family member accepted the package
- Whether a neighbour received the parcel
- Whether security personnel or reception accepted delivery
- Whether the shipping address was accurate and accessible
- Whether someone was available at the delivery location
Courier Investigation
After receiving a complaint, we initiate an official investigation with the courier partner. This may take 5–7 working days.
Possible Outcomes
- If the courier confirms a delivery error, a replacement or refund will be issued subject to product availability.
- If valid delivery proof is provided, the order will be considered successfully delivered and no refund or replacement will be issued.
Cases Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement
- Valid delivery proof provided by the courier
- Failure to report the issue within 48 hours
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered during checkout
- Customer unavailable at the delivery location
- Repeated false claims identified by our team
- Customer does not cooperate during the investigation process
