We do not offer any exchange policy. Zyraha follows a Return-Only Policy. Customers may return eligible products as per the terms mentioned below.

Sale Items – No Return Policy

  • Products purchased during a sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for return.
  • Sale items are limited or single-piece products offered at special discounted rates.
  • Returns are strictly not accepted on sale items under any circumstances.

Return Window

  • Customers can request a return within 24 hours of product delivery only.
  • The return request must be raised from the Login section of our website.
  • Return requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Return Request Review & Approval

  • Once we receive your return request, our team will review it.
  • The review process may take 1–2 working days.
  • If the request is found to be genuine and valid, it will be approved.
  • After approval, you will receive a confirmation message or email.

Product Pickup Process

  • After approval, pickup will be scheduled within 1–2 working days.
  • Our delivery partner will visit your registered address for pickup.
  • The jewellery must be properly packed in a box to avoid damage during transit.
  • Improper or loose packing may affect return eligibility or refund approval.

Refund Mode

  • Once the returned product is picked up and received by us, it will be inspected and verified.
  • After successful verification, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2–3 working days.
  • Refunds will be initiated only after the product passes the quality check.
  • The refunded amount may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping Charges

  • A mandatory return shipping fee of ₹99 applies to all return requests.
  • This charge applies to all customers without exception.
  • Due to limited margins, return shipping costs cannot be borne by us.

Damaged or Repairable Products

  • If the product has minor damage or requires repair due to transit issues, the return may still be processed.
  • A return shipping fee of ₹99 will remain applicable in such cases.

Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order on our website, you automatically accept this Return & Refund Policy. We strictly follow the above policy for all orders.

RTO Policy

If an order is returned to us as RTO (Return to Origin) for any reason, the amount will be issued as store credit within 3–4 working days after the parcel is received back.

  • A flat ₹99 RTO fee will be deducted.
  • Refunds to the original payment method are not applicable for RTO orders.
  • The returned parcel will not be re-shipped.
  • If you wish to receive the same product again, you may place a new order using the store credit.

Order Modification & Cancellation Policy

Important Notice

Once an order is successfully placed on our website, it may only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours from the time of order placement by logging into the customer account.

During this 2-hour window, customers may:

  • Modify shipping address and contact details
  • Change product variants
  • Add products to the order
  • Cancel the order

No requests for order modification or cancellation will be accepted after the 2-hour window under any circumstances.

Damage & Product Variation Policy

All product images and videos displayed on our website are real-time, original visuals of the actual products. No editing or enhancement is done on any product images or videos.

Customers are requested to carefully review all photos and videos before placing an order. Images and videos are provided for better clarity, including worn images where applicable, to help customers understand the size and appearance of the product.

Colour, Polish & Finishing Variations

Minor colour, polish, or finishing variations may occur due to lighting conditions, screen resolution, or display settings. Such variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Artificial Jewellery Characteristics

As the products are artificial jewellery, minor issues such as loose beads, small stones coming off, slight bends, or minor finishing differences may occur due to manufacturing or transit handling.

Such minor issues are not considered product damage and are a normal characteristic of imitation jewellery.

Minor Defects & Repairs

  • Minor issues or defects do not qualify for return or replacement.
  • Customers are advised to get minor repairs done at their nearest local jewellery store.
  • Returns or replacements are not allowed for minor defects or transit-related variations.
